OTI Lumionics is developing advanced materials—by design—using quantum simulations, machine learning and real-world testing in pilot production. We are currently focused on key enabling materials for OLED displays that will be used in next-generation consumer electronics and automotive. Our advanced electrode materials, and associated manufacturing technology, are being used to build transparent displays and lighting. We work closely with our partners and customers to design new materials that are mass-production ready. Using our computational Materials Discovery Platform, we are able to rapidly iterate new materials, allowing fast turn around time to meet our customers’ needs.Workplace Type
On-SitePrimary Responsibilities
Operating production equipment in accordance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Performing routine maintenance and calibration of production equipmentDocumenting and reporting batch records accurately and in a timely mannerFollowing safety guidelines and maintaining cleanliness on the production floorEnsuring adherence to established SOPs when processing, collecting, and packaging product batchesMaintaining proficiency in the operation and basic maintenance of relevant production equipmentAssisting in the preparation of procedures, protocols, and reports for new product batchesAssisting in identifying and implementing processes or equipment changes to improve quality, efficiency,



or regulatory complianceSupporting the team on various ongoing projectsPerforming all tasks in accordance with established Safe Work Practices and Standard Operating ProceduresEnsuring compliance with environmental policies, procedures, and objectives, and actively participate in the identification and reduction of environmental impacts related to the roleAdhering to health and safety protocols, reporting hazards, and contributing to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employeesPerforming other ad hoc duties as assignedProfile
Post-Secondary Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of two (2) years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical and/or GMP regulated facilityRequired Skills
Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulationsKnowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and the ability to follow Standard Operating ProceduresHighly developed mindset of quality, regulatory and productionDetail oriented and well organized, with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughnessExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multi-task, meet tight timelines in a quick-paced environmentProven problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to independently lift up to 8 kg confidentlyWillingness to work extended hours as requiredAbility to work all shifts, including morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidaysThe following will be considered as an asset
