Industrial Automation | End-to-End Project DeliveryThis role is focused on
design, programming, and commissioning
of control systems in real-world production environments. Youll take ownership of projects from concept through to commissioning, working across industries such as
automotive, food & beverage, steel, and water/wastewater

, with the ability to independently execute and troubleshoot systems on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, program, and debug PLC and HMI/SCADA systemsExecute system commissioning, FATs, and SATsTroubleshoot and resolve issues under real production conditionsCollaborate with electrical designers, project managers, and customersSupport multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervisionEnsure systems meet performance, safety, and customer requirementsMultiple positions, open to hearing from those who are senior, outside of the comp range.
Qualifications:
QualificationsMinimum 4-8 years of direct,



hands-on controls engineering experience in an industrial environmentDemonstrated experience with PLC programming (Rockwell and/or Siemens required)Proven ability to perform system commissioning independently at customer sitesExperience with HMI/SCADA development (FactoryTalk, WinCC, Ignition, or equivalent)Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDsStrong; troubleshooting capability in live production environmentsValid drivers license and ability to travel for on-site commissioning
