Covenant House is seeking a Channel Manager specializing in Traditional Fundraising to lead our hybrid team. This role will focus on delivering over $12M annually through innovative mail, phone, and face-to-face strategies.
In this full time, permanent role, you will develop and optimize direct mail and telemarketing campaigns to increase donor engagement and revenue. Your leadership will be crucial in meeting fundraising targets through careful budgeting and strategic planning. Collaborating closely with internal teams ensures campaigns resonate with audiences and align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop annual direct mail, F2F, and telemarketing plans
• Manage a budget exceeding $3M and $12M revenue goals




• Execute comprehensive campaign planning and analysis
• Optimize performance through continuous testing of strategies
• Supervise fundraising team and monitor campaign metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years in direct response fundraising
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong financial acumen for budget management
• Proficiency in Excel and donor database systems
