Key Responsibilities:



• Offer therapeutic and crisis intervention services • Coordinate and manage individualized care plans • Facilitate access to harm reduction programs • Establish relationships with community health networks • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and BC College registration • Two years of experience in complex healthcare settings • Experience with Indigenous populations and marginalized groups • Valid B.C. driver’s license and access to a vehicle • Current First Aid and CPR Level C certification
