Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

What You?ll Do

- Coach and empower team members to exceed sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Support all store operations.
- Participate in hiring and implementation of training programs.
- Ensure compliance to visual presentation and store standards.
- Support the managing of employee performance.

What You?ll Bring

- Retail or service management experience.
- Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Merchandising experience.
- Organizational skills.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
