Support the development and execution of engineering strategies across Bombardier sites. Plan and manage strategic engineering initiatives that improve effectiveness and capacity to meet current and future business needs. Lead the deployment of cross-functional budget management processes and tools to improve consistency and efficiency across Engineering. Communicate priorities, influence stakeholders, promote collaboration, and support decision‑making with Engineering Community leaders, Defense, Finance, HR, and suppliers.
