This job posting is for an active and ongoing vacancy. We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in both React (TypeScript) and Java/Spring technologies. The work location will be Toronto , with occasional requirements to work from Scarborough . Candidates are expected to work onsite three days per week .

About the role:

Job Description:

- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in both React (with TypeScript) and Java/Spring — genuinely full stack, not strong on one side and passing on the other
- Comfortable reading and working from technical specifications and REST/API contracts, and able to spot gaps or inconsistencies in them
- Able to reason about design decisions end to end, from the UI through to the service layer

Communication and collaboration:

- Very strong written and verbal communication — can explain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Actively engages in technical discussion and debate rather than waiting to be told what to build
- Brings personality to the team; someone who adds to the day‑to‑day energetic, not just the delivery numbers

Leadership:

- Proven ability to mentor and coach more junior developers through code review, pairing, and design guidance




- Comfortable setting a standard for quality that others on the team can follow

The pay range for this role is $105,000 to $115,000 CAD per annum (max) including any bonuses or variable pay.
