OverviewAircraft Maintenance Engineer – Permanent full‐time position at Air Canada Montreal Maintenance Centre. Location: Montreal, QC, Canada (Onsite). Category: Unionized (IAMAW). Salary: $39.48/hour (based on experience).ResponsibilitiesUse the correct tools, methods, techniques and equipment required to perform aircraft maintenance.Read and understand schematic diagrams for maintenance troubleshooting, and be proficient with computers and diagnostic tools.Act as a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a customer‐focused attitude in demanding, high‐stress environments.Work independently using resources via phone and computer, displaying self‐motivation and confidence.BenefitsGenerous employee travel program; eligible for travel privileges after 28 weeks of service.Health and dental benefit plans for employee and family.Training and development tools to unlock full potential.QualificationsHigh School diploma.Completed a recognized apprenticeship program or at least two years of industry‐related experience.Transport Canada AME‐E license (mandatory).Valid driver's license (mandatory).Successfully pass the pre‐employment qualifying exam, physical and security check.Availability to work nights, evenings, days, weekends and holidays.Eligibility to work in Canada,
