JOB DESCRIPTON

Position: ServiceNow Lead

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (3 days onsite)

Duration: Multiple Years (Open-ended SOW)

Must have:

- Years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and valuable knowledge of web technologies.
- Familiarity with REST web services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to have:

- Experience in Identity Access Management or related Cyber Security field
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow development, including custom application development, integrations, and automation

Certifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Optional)
