Food Service Supervisor

B.C. Ltd DBA Tim Hortons Restaurant located in Salmon Arm, BC is looking for eight Food Service Supervisors to join their team as soon as possible.

Wage: $20.45 per hour; 35 hours per week. Number of positions: 8. Terms of Employment: Full time and Permanent. Start Date: As soon as possible.

Job Duties

- Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Hire food service staff
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- Perform same duties as workers supervised

Job Requirements/Skills

- Completion of high school is required.
- Knowledge of English is required.
- Minimum one year of work experience in a similar field is required.
- Must be prepared to work under pressure.
