SalaryRange: $19.00- 22.00/ hour

About The Current Open Role

Roy Foss Aurora Chrysler is looking for a Parts Advisor to be the backbone of our parts department, supporting retailcustomers, wholesale accounts, and our internal service technicians with expertknowledge and high-energy service.

What We're Looking For

- Efficiently helpcustomers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail andshop) with high quality service; identifying and ordering the correct parts
- Answer telephonecalls,



provide price quotes any other information needed
- Take orders forparts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
- Receive paymentsfrom retail customers
- Handle customerconcerns immediately and according to the dealerships guidelines.
- Stock items byunpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves; adjustinginventory system and assuring all safety risks
- Manage inventoryand maintain stock levels
- Delivery of partsto wholesale accounts
- Other duties asassigned by the Parts Manager

What You'll Bring

- At least 1 year ofAutomotive Parts experience
- Experience using aDMS – Reynolds and Reynolds in particular is an asset
- Excellentinterpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
- Strong verbalcommunication and writing skills
- Organized with astrong attention to detail
- Ability to followset and standard procedures
- Excellent timemanagement skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to workindependently and take self-initiative
- Basic computerskills and a comfort with learning new software and systems
- Strong knowledgeof automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs
