ZPI, a ProMach brand, is seeking an Intermediate Systems Integrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of industrial automation, controls, and manufacturing software, supporting the integration and commissioning of real-time production data systems at customer manufacturing sites. This position is primarily based out of our Oakville, ON office and follows a hybrid work schedule, with flexibility to work from home when not traveling or on-site with customers.What You’ll Be DoingIntegrating and commissioning ZPI software in live manufacturing and packaging environmentsReviewing PLC and HMI code to identify and validate production dataConfiguring and troubleshooting OPC DA / OPC UA communicationsSupporting customers through commissioning, go-live, and post-implementationCollaborating with customer controls, engineering, and operations teamsParticipating in customer meetings to review project status and technical requirementsCreating and maintaining transparent technical and project documentationHelping end users understand and apply manufacturing performance dataWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or systems integrationDegree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Electrical Controls, or a related fieldHands-on PLC experience (Rockwell / Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Modicon, or similar)Working knowledge of OPC DA and OPC UA (Kepware, Ignition,
