This full-time season role runs from late June to late August, where you’ll be stationed at the lodge. As the Breakfast Cook, you will be essential to the guest experience by adhering to dietary needs and safety regulations. Applicants must have strong camp cooking experience to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve breakfast daily to lodge guests
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen setting
• Perform HACCP-related record-keeping tasks
• Manage food supply inventory and organization
Requirements:
• Valid Food Safe certificate is a must
• Experience in large scale cooking is required
• Red Seal certification considered advantageous
• High standards for cleanliness and kitchen practices
• Ability to pass a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC)
