Title:Senior Manager, Revenue Process & System SupportReports To:SeniorDirectorofRevenueandProcessOptimizationPosition SummaryThe Senior Manager, Revenue Process & System Support will play a critical role in implementing the recent Yardi ERP system, with a focus on the Lead-to-Lease and Residential Management workstreams. Leveraging prior experience, this role will ensure the platform meets business requirements, aligns with operational constraints, and delivers value to the organization.In parallel with the implementation, this role will provide ongoing process, system, and operational support to the Regional Revenue teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all regions. The Senior Manager will also produce analysis and reporting on revenue process for leadership.ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation & System SupportCollaborate with the core project team and subject matter experts to define requirements and proceduresAssist with test scripts,



unit testing and user acceptance testingHelp with data validation and data cleansingSupport change management and training initiativesManage enhancements and bug fixes for leasing and revenue related processes in SAP and Resident PortalRevenue Process & Operational SupportProvide guidance and hands‑on support to Regional Revenue teams on lease administration, tenant payments, CTS reconciliations, prior tenant collections, and other revenue operationsEnsure consistency, standardization, and compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant tenant/landlord legislationPrepare reports and provide insights to leadership on revenue processes such as prior tenant collections, renewals, rent postings, to name a fewQualificationsCollege diploma or University degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field10+ years of experience in multi‑residential property management, with a focus on operations, system management, and supporting revenue teamsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisionsStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage effectively with regional teams, auditors, and other stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are metCompensation & Work ArrangementCompetitive Base Salary between $85,000-$100,000Hybrid Work Model: Minimum 3 days a week in the office#J-18808-Ljbffr
