My husband and I are looking for a warm, reliable, patient, experienced and responsive part time/full time nanny/babysitter for our seven month old son. Position: live out (care in our home), regular care, can be altered to fit a part time/full time schedule (fixed days of the week/some hours every day). Some flexibility for early start/later in the evening would be amazing as we are a dual physician household. Responsibilities: Attentive baby care, including feeding and burping, diaper changes, maintaining hygiene including bottle washing, soothing and monitoring, helping establish routines, providing age-appropriate stimulation through play, reading, and interaction, and consistently following protected sleep practices. Keeping baby items and areas tidy. Pay is competitive and can be discussed based on experience, work agreed on and skill set.
