ICM Asset Management

Calgary

We’re growing our in-house Brand & Marketing team and looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape how ICM communicates with our advisors, investors, and partners across North America and Asia.

You’ll join a collaborative team of four and work closely with Marketing, Sales, Capital Markets, Investments, and corporate teams across ICM. This is a hands‑on role for someone who works well at pace, cares deeply about the details, and wants their work to have a clear connection to the business.

As ICM’s Graphic Designer ,I will…

- Play a key role in supporting the firm’s capital-raising and business development efforts across North America and Asia.
- Create a wide range of sales and corporate materials, including:
- Investment and corporate presentations (PowerPoint)
- One-pagers, brochures, proposals, and reports
- Fund and investment strategy materials
- Charts, graphs, tables, and financial visualizations
- Roadshow, conference, and event materials
- PR and media assets
- Digital assets for web and email
- Social media graphics and visual content

- Participate in team-oriented working sessions, to develop ideas and transform content and feedback into polished materials.
- Translate complex financial, investment, and business information into communications that are clear and visually compelling.
- Work with data-heavy content, ensuring numbers, charts, tables, disclosures, and supporting information are presented accurately and consistently.
- Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Maintain consistency across ICM’s materials and ensure each deliverable reflects our brand narrative, positioning, and values.
- Support ICM’s growing presence in Asia by working with our regional team to adapt and develop materials for partners and investors in our different markets.
- Develop and maintain templates, presentation systems, design standards, and reusable assets that improve consistency and help the team work more efficiently.
- Contribute ideas and perspective as ICM continues to evolve our brand and impact.

This role is for me because I am…

- Highly detail-oriented. I take pride in getting the small things right, from grammar, formatting, and spacing to numbers, charts, tone,

and version control.
- Adaptable. I am comfortable working in a growing organization where priorities evolve, new opportunities emerge, and the way we work continues to improve.
- Comfortable working at a fast pace. I can manage priorities, respond to changing needs, and deliver high-quality work without losing attention to detail.
- Experienced across print and digital. I understand the different requirements of professionally printed materials, presentations, PDFs, email, web, and other digital formats.
- Technically skilled. I am highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and comfortable working extensively in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Collaborative. I enjoy working closely with others, exchanging ideas, asking thoughtful questions, and creating stronger work together.
- Curious. I want to understand the audience, investment strategy, and objective behind the materials I am creating rather than simply executing a design request.
- Comfortable with complexity. I can organize financial, investment, or technical information into something that feels clear, accessible, and well considered.
- Confident engaging in feedback. I can discuss my work thoughtfully, listen to different perspectives, and iterate quickly without becoming overly attached to a particular solution.
- Proud of my craft. My portfolio demonstrates strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Accountable. I take ownership of my work, communicate clearly, and follow through on commitments.

Experience designing and producing email marketing assets using platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp, along with familiarity designing for web and social platforms including WordPress, LinkedIn, and YouTube,

will also be considered an asset.
