Vail Resorts is seeking talented certified Level 4 instructors for the winter season starting November 25, 2026. In this full time role, you will deliver high-quality instruction, lead advanced sessions, and ensure guest safety while creating memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and instruct guests of all skill levels • Develop advanced skiing and riding techniques • Lead instructor development and training programs • Enforce safety regulations as per manual • Assist in multiple departments as required
Requirements: • Level 4 CSIA, PSIC, CASI, CADS required • Experience teaching advanced lessons essential • Fluent in multiple languages advantageous • Strong communication skills and reliability • Passionate about skiing and guest service
