SUMMARY Reporting to Director, Credit and Collections, the Senior Manager, Credit and Collections isresponsible for overseeing collections, optimizing cash flow and minimizing bad debt. This role plays a critical part in Accounts Receivable and works closely with Sales, Regional Management and Treasury. PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE Cash Flow, Reporting & Forecasting Lead the development and refinement of AR,cash‑flow, and collection forecasting reports to support senior management and executivedecision‑making. Own HB updates and ongoing collection forecasts; analyze variances and partner with key stakeholders to address risks and opportunities. Analyze and report weekly AR aging, collection performance, key actions, and recovery plans to leadership. Collections Strategy & Performance Own and driveenterprise‑levelcollections strategy to improve DSO, reduce aged receivables, and strengthen cash flow. Lead weekly AR meetings to review aging, prioritize collection efforts, and ensurecash‑flowtargets are achieved. Serve as an escalation point forhigh‑risk, complex, or sensitive customer accounts.
