This part-time role requires a commitment of up to 25 hours weekly, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends. As the Building Operator, you will oversee both mechanical and pool systems while conducting general maintenance work to keep our facilities in optimal condition. Your understanding of Building Management Systems will play a crucial role in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain pool and HVAC systems efficiently
• Conduct boiler operations and preventative maintenance
• Execute painting, drywall,



and carpentry tasks
• Determine mechanical repair needs each day
• Complete various work orders as assigned
Requirements:
• Valid Building Operator B ticket or 5th Class Steam Engineers ticket
• Pool Operator Level I certification is advantageous
• Up-to-date First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
• Preferred experience in recreational building maintenance
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
