We’re looking for aProduction Employee to join ourEcoLogo-certified facilitylocated inArmstrong, British Columbia .OurArmstrong Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces234 million board feet every yearforcustomers around the worldso they can build their homes and their communities.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

- Previousexperience in a forest products environment is considered anasset.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment toworking safely coupled withstrong communication &interpersonal skills.
- Ability to workvarious shifts, including evenings and weekends, in aphysically demanding industrial environment.
- Strongproblem-solving skills.
- Ability to workindependently withlittle supervision.

In this role you will:

- Work independently as part of ahigh-performance team dedicated to safely and efficiently producing lumber products .
- Perform a variety of labour duties to increase productivity and reduce safety risks.
- Identify, analyze and troubleshoot problems that might arise in your area,



andcommunicate with your Team Lead and Maintenance teams to get things back on track.
- Use yourstrong communication skills towork collaboratively across your team.
