The Chance:The Semi-Skilled and Skilled positions are responsible for operating single and multi-function machines to process and package meat products.Hourly wage range: $19.00-22.40/hr to start.Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:Set up and adjust single-function processing and packaging machines preparatory to operationEnables the movement of product from one position/location to another using power equipment; Inspect/weigh product; Operates equipmentand makes some decisions and some troubleshooting involvedMonitor machines for proper operation watching for jammed materials, defects or other irregularitiesOperate single and multi-function machines required to process or package food productsCheck products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards and perform corrective machine adjustments as necessaryParticipate in continuous improvement programs, meetings, etc.Understand and comply with basic food safety principlesOther duties as assignedRequirements:You must be available for full-time hours Monday to Friday and some Saturdays when overtime is required. Some shifts are on a 10 hour shift, 4 days a week basis,
