Respond to inbound leads generated through digital marketing Identifying customer needs & sales potential Conduct outbound prospecting Build & maintain solid customer relationships virtually Quote & manage sales for used equipment, John Deere Precision Upgrade Kits & SurePoint Ag prod Collaborate with all dept to support customer needs Complete sales documents timely & accurately Stay current on products, tech & trends Requirements





Exceptional customer service & relationship mgmt Strong prospecting, lead qualification & follow-up Time mgmt, organizational & computer skills Self-motivated 2y+ sales exp, business dev, customer service, lead generation, or a related field preferred Passionate about ag, skill w/JD & competitive precision ag tech an asset Diploma/Bach Degr in Ag, Business, Marketing, Comm, or related Valid drivers licence Work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays Benefits
