Position: Facility Administrator II

Payrate: $30-$35/hr. on T4

Location: North York ON

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

Key Responsibilities

- Support business, employee, and departmental needs while maintaining a safe, healthy, and functional workplace
- Handle Workplace Services financial activities (invoice coding, journal transfers, accruals, AR submissions)
- Manage vendors for building amenities (mail/courier, food/catering, distributed print, central reproduction)
- Monitor and manage ServiceNow queue for Real Estate & Workplace Services tickets
- Coordinate, communicate, and execute employee moves (weekly, restack, and group moves)
- Coordinate facilitation and operation of meeting rooms and energetic work areas
- Assist with space requirements for special project teams
- Manage and maintain artwork inventory (sourcing, purchasing, placement, asset management)
- Participate in EH&S;, sustainability,



and other facility-related projects
- Provide support during emergency response incidents
- Manage communications related to Real Estate & Workplace Services (including news distribution)
- General administration (posting regulatory licenses, documentation via SharePoint/Elink, etc.)
- Support, train, and direct E-zone concierge staff
- Additional duties as assigned (ergonomic assessments, floor decommissions, support to other sites, etc.)
