and year-end reporting packages and manage year-end reporting processeschampion cash management processes and systems to ensure strong liquiditychampion internal processes and procedure improvements and maintain documentation to that effectdevelop, motivate, and supervise accounting team membersAbout you…previous experience as a Controller or in progressive roles within an automotive and/or dealership setting is preferredBachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent, with strong technical accounting skills and understanding of accounting guidelinesCPA or equivalent designation is an asset, not requiredproficiency working with ERP systems (such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds) and payroll management programs (ADP or similar)demonstrated track record of using Microsoft Office programs, including expert-level proficiency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation and analysis)demonstrated desire to continuously develop new skills, take on new challenges and actively seek out opportunities for improvementexperience leading and supervising Team Membersstrong ability to communicate professionally (verbal and written)proven ability to influence change and effectively lead projectschange champion with the ability to bring recent ideas, a fresh perspective,
