Tricon is seeking a Maintenance Technician to enhance resident satisfaction through excellent service and maintenance. This onsite role in Toronto includes proactive repairs and fosters community well-being.
As part of Tricon, you'll play a vital role in ensuring well-maintained homes and common areas at Canary Landing. Reporting to the site team, you will address maintenance requests efficiently and uphold high-quality standards. Your expertise in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs is key to maintaining our properties.
Key Responsibilities: • Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours • Perform repairs,
including plumbing and electrical tasks • Proactively inspect building systems and common areas • Keep residents informed throughout repair processes • Maintain accurate records of service requests and work completed
Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Hands-on experience in building maintenance repairs • Robust customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently with changing priorities • Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule
