About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Fund Accounting in Private Assets with a focus on Quality Assurance. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the development and enhancement of quality assurance and quality control frameworks within the private assets business. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and operational teams to improve service quality, strengthen controls, and implement effective solutions to operational challenges. Key responsibilities include the development of comprehensive QA/QC frameworks, establishment of quality metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Applicants must have a degree in accounting, finance,



or a related discipline, with a professional accounting designation preferred, and at least 8 years' of fund accounting experience in a relevant financial services environment. The role requires a robust background in private assets operations and accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS, as well as proven experience in leading quality assurance, quality control, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills, and be adept at problem-solving and decision-making. Advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential, and experience with FIS Investran is a strong asset.
