About Our Family

We are a busy family of four looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Housekeeper / Household Assistant to help keep our home running smoothly. My wife and I have two kids – 5‑year‑old daughter and 3‑year‑old son, and also a small dog named ‘Duke’. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating clean, organized spaces and can help reduce the day‑to‑day workload of a busy household.

Responsibilities

Cleaning & Home Maintenance

- General housekeeping and tidying
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Laundry, folding, and putting away clothes
- Bed linen changes
- Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the home

Organization

- Organizing closets, cupboards, pantry, toys, and storage areas
- Helping maintain household systems and routines




- Keeping children’s play areas neat and functional

Food Preparation

- Basic meal preparation
- Washing and cutting fruits and vegetables
- Packing snacks and assisting with weekly food prep

Ideal Candidate

- Previous housekeeping or household management experience preferred
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated
- Comfortable around children and dogs
- Able to work independently and identify areas that need attention
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Positive attitude and robust work ethic

Schedule

Flexible. Ideally 1–3 days per week for approximately 4–8 hours per day, depending on availability and fit.
