The Marketing Operations Lead will support the Operations team to drive coherence, efficiency and scalability across the marketing department.What You Will Be DoingLead quarterly planning process for the marketing departmentLead operational planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiativesMaintain visibility into project timelines, deliverables,



and resource allocation at scaleEnsure alignment between marketing activities and business objectivesFacilitate collaboration between marketing teams to ensure integration across campaignsIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve campaign and initiative executionDevelop and maintain standardized processes, templates, and documentationFoster a culture of continuous improvement and operational disciplineRecommend ways to leverage existing tools and platforms to improve marketing efficiencyCollaborate with martech owners to ensure tools are used effectively by the marketing teamPromote automation and digital workflows to reduce manual tasks and increase scalabilityDefine and track key operational metrics and KPIsBuild dashboards and reports to provide visibility into campaign performance and team productivityDeliver actionable insights to marketing leadership for strategic decision-makingServe as a central point of coordination between marketing teams and agency partnersFacilitate communication, alignment, and documentation across teamsSupport resource planning and capacity management across the departmentAssist in tracking marketing budgets and spend against planSupport vendor managementMaintain and enforce operational documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures and campaign playbooksEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.G., privacy laws)Promote consistency and quality across all marketing deliverablesWhat We Are Looking For7+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related roleStrong understanding of marketing workflows and campaign executionExperience with project management tools (e.G., Asana,
