This full-time position in Toronto involves immediate registration as an Advising Representative (AR) for qualified CIM® or CFA holders. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee and approve KYC and Investor Profiles • Independently evaluate and sign off investment strategies • Advise clients on investment objectives and portfolio alignment • Assign model portfolios that match client profiles • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements: • Registered or eligible as an Advising Representative (AR) in Ontario • Relevant Investment Management Experience (RIME) required • Solid grasp of asset allocation and compliance • Prior experience with HNW wealth planning is a plus • Strong communication skills with clients
