You’ll work alongside a collaborative and dedicated team of professionals.You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, customers, contractors, assets, and operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, regulatory agencies, emergency services, and external partners, while leading the implementation and continuous improvement of our Security Program, with a dotted line to the Americas Security Director.You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining our mandatory Security Plan and conducting comprehensive security risk assessments, but also managing incident response and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and maintaining the organization’s Security Plan, ensuring alignment with operational needs, regulations, and best practicesEstablishing and maintaining security procedures, SOPs, and audit-ready documentationConducting and updating Security Risk Assessments and maintaining the Security Risk RegisterImplementing and overseeing site and facility security measures, inspections, and auditsLeading the response to security threats and incidents,
including investigations and corrective actionsEnsuring mandatory security training and awareness programs for designated personnelCoordinating annual security exercises and preparedness activitiesMaintaining strong relationships with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and external partnersProtecting sensitive information and systems from fraud or malicious activityFrequent travels around the GTHA required (weekly basis)All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
