This role focuses on customer interaction, where you’ll assist guests using the AEO Selling Model. You will educate customers about AE & Aerie products, enthusiastically promote our loyalty program, and adapt fluidly across different store areas, creating a seamless shopping experience. Your integrity and teamwork are essential for fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with customers using the AEO Selling Model
• Share information about AE & Aerie product details
• Introduce guests to our loyalty programs
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Solve guest issues while following company policies
Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age
• Experience in retail preferred
• Open availability during peak shopping hours
• Genuine love for AE and Aerie products
• Energetic personality with multi-tasking abilities
