Production & Warehouse General Labourer

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative building and construction products. They operate a modern production and warehouse facility and are looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals to join their growing team.

Position Details

Job Title: General Labourer – Production & Warehouse
Location: Markham ON – 16th Avenue area
Pay Rate: $17.60/hour
Job Type: Full time, Temporary-to-Permanent
Shifts Available:

- Day Shift
- Afternoon Shift
- Night Shift

Job Responsibilities

- Assist with general production and manufacturing activities
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products
- Perform packaging, labelling, sorting, and palletizing duties
- Assist production operators with various tasks as required




- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Use proper lifting techniques and safely handle materials
- Complete other general labour and warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment is an asset
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and physically demanding environment
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Strong attendance and reliability are essential
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Must have a safety-first mindset
- Previous experience with manufacturing equipment or warehouse operations is an asset
