As a Prep Cook, you are responsible for the first steps in just about every item on our menu. At White Spot, you will work with high quality locally sourced fresh ingredients in a fast-paced environment, helping to create memorable dishes for guests.

Pay range: $17.50 - $19.25 per hour (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

- Perform the first steps in preparation for menu items using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and food safety in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Support chefs and line cooks to ensure timely and accurate dish assembly.
