Overview:

We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented person who will share our commitment to excellence to join our team as a Roofing Project Manager. The ideal candidate will work and communicate well with others and be able to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities. In this role, you will be responsible for working with our office team to schedule roofing projects, coordinating crews,purchasing and delivering additional materials to various job sites, ensuring that any leftover materials and garbage are removed from each site upon completion of the project, and ensuring that all completed sites meet our standards of excellence that our customers have come to expect. This is a hands-on role requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience with various roofing materials and experience towing trailers.

Duties:

- Coordinating with our office team to schedule all roofing jobs and ensure that materials have been ordered and delivered on time to start each job as scheduled
- Overseeing job progress and timelines to ensure that all projects are produced efficiently and effectively, staying within the allotted timeframe and budget
- Carrying out site visits, quality control inspections and final walk-throughs, managing any issues that may arise throughout the course of production




- Communicating with roofing crews and homeowners throughout each project
- Purchasing and delivering additional materials and tools, as needed, to crews at various job sites
- Carrying out the final site clean-up
- Towing and parking dump trailers between job sites
- Hauling garbage from sites to the landfill or recycling centre
- Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
- Following safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site
- Fostering a pleasant and positive work workplace

Experience:

- Residential roofing experience is a must! This is not an entry-level position.
- Knowledge of siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough
- Coordinating crews and production scheduling
- Practical experience towing and parking trailers
- Solid attention to detail
- A friendly and professional demeanor, committed to representing our company well
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may require you to be on your feet for extended periods
- Able to problem solve independently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract

Compensation:

- $80,000-$90,000 based on experience
- Company vehicle provided

- Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
