Consideration will be given to Indigenous people, visible minorities and persons with disabilities.The Department of Housing, Addictions and Homelessness seeks qualified candidates for three District Manager positions with the Property Services Branch – two in Winnipeg and one in Portage La Prairie.ResponsibilitiesPlan, deliver, and administer property management functions within an assigned Social Housing district.Supervise, direct, and support staff to achieve service delivery goals.Request and coordinate maintenance and minor capital projects.Collaborate with Support Services Program Managers to coordinate tenant support services.Ensure compliance with government and departmental policies.QualificationsEssential:Experience supervising and leading staff with positive outcomes, including coaching, mentoring, and addressing performance issues.Managerial experience related to human resources, including labour relations, preferably in a unionized workplace.Financial management experience: managing operating budgets, monitoring expenditures, supporting budget planning and forecasting.Experience in property and/or facility management, including operational service delivery, maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.Conflict‑resolution skills, exercised with professionalism, objectivity and consistency.Strategic planning expertise,
