Work LocationToronto, Ontario, CanadaHours37.5 hours per weekLine of BusinessHuman ResourcesPay Details$81,600 - $115,200 CADOverviewThe L&D; Project Manager position supports Enterprise Learning & Development (EL&D;), responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions. The role partners with multiple stakeholders to ensure high-quality blended learning solutions across the enterprise.ReportingReporting to Manager, Learning Enablement.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end planning and execution of low-to-medium complexity L&D; projects, including design, development, and delivery of internal or outsourced enterprise-wide and business-specific solutions.Use project management methodologies, processes, tools, and technologies to establish clarity of vision and a detailed execution plan throughout each project life cycle.Follow L&D; processes to implement learning solutions in various formats: in-person or virtual Instructor‑Led Training (ILT), eLearning, webinars, self‑directed learner pathways, and workshops.Support vendor engagement and onboarding when third‑party learning solutions are within scope.Build relationships and maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.Report on project progress and actively manage or resolve risks and issues.Conduct project retrospectives and act on lessons learned for continuous improvement.Stay current with emerging trends in project management, including Agile and hybrid project practices and principles.Share knowledge with the broader project management community to foster professional growth.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in project management,
preferably in a learning or adult training environment.Thorough understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.PMP certification is preferred; Agile or Scrum certification is an asset.Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles.Proven track record of delivering results and commitment to operational and service excellence.Strong client focus with ability to listen and quickly learn about various clients.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently with changing business priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build relationships effectively, leveraging sound communication, negotiation, consensus‑building, and influencing skills.Solutions‑focused, “can‑do” attitude to foster positive team morale and high engagement.Understanding of how to translate business needs into requirements for learning solutions in collaboration with L&D; partners.Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.Highly adaptable and flexible with ability to take initiative in a dynamic work setting.Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Project.Competency in team meeting facilitation in virtual environments using collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Webex.Experience with LMS and LXP is a bonus.Experience with eLearning tools and standards (e.G., SCORM, xAPI, HTML5) and development software (e.G., Articulate Storyline, Rice) is nice to have.Core CompetenciesProject management, stakeholder engagement, learning solution design, risk management, Agile mindset, communication, problem solving.#J-18808-Ljbffr
