About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its next chapter of growth and impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization's mission, programs, people, operations, finances, and risk management. This role demands a strategic, values-driven executive with a deep connection to the communities served, capable of balancing long-term vision with immediate priorities. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in health, social sciences, public administration, business, or a related discipline, with a preference for a master's degree. A minimum of 10 years' leadership experience, including at least five in a senior executive role, is required,



along with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing substantial operating budgets.

Applicants for the President and CEO position at the company should be adept at working with and reporting to a Board of Directors, and have a strong understanding of health and social service systems, service design, and operational effectiveness. Experience in the not-for-profit sector is essential, with a preference for those with a background in Ontario health or community services. The role calls for an individual with exceptional communication, relationship-building, strategic, and financial acumen, and the ability to steward a multi-million-dollar budget. A background in charitable foundations, fundraising strategy, and philanthropy leadership is a significant asset. The successful candidate will be a trusted relationship builder, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, and will lead with integrity, humility, and a genuine commitment to the mission of the organization.
