Based in our Brantford, Canada office, this role reports to the Controller.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month‑end close and financial statement preparation.Analyze financial results, identify variances, and recommend actions.Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance.Partner with operations to support cost and performance improvements.Perform complex reconciliations and resolve accounting issues.Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.About YouBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.CPA (or in progress)
