Pay Range: $145,000 - $175,000In addition, your total rewards may include semi‑annual bonuses tied to business performance; deferred profit‑sharingprogram for retirement savings; comprehensive paid advantages; a 15% discount onHome Depot stock purchases; and merit‑based salary increases.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager, BAI and Data Management will support the implementation of the AI strategy and advanced analytics operations at Home Depot. Responsibilities include integrating AI into online products, merchandising, and Pro, defining data requirements to support analytics and AI, conducting research, and collaborating with other data science teams to advance the implementation of AI.Key Responsibilities Business AI InsightsIdentify current opportunities in partnership with the business to use AI in key business processes such as churn prediction, search optimization, recommendation engines, etc.Drive AI integrations into new and existing online features to enhance functionality, user experience and market competitiveness.Lead the team of data scientists on end‑to‑end AI product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and positive ROI.Spearhead initiatives to streamline the transition of AI and analytics projects from development to production, ensuring robust infrastructure and operational efficiency.Generative AI AdoptionChampion research and experimentation to promote the adoption of generative AI in internal and customer‑facing opportunities in unison with the Home Depot US data science teams.Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation of the use of generative AI within the team and more broadly across business users in marketing,



merchandising and Pro.Data ManagementOversee the team responsible for digital marketing‑tagging strategy, Adobe analytics tagging, implementation and tracking for web analytics and marketing campaigns to generate actionable insights.Manage the data engineering team that ensures data quality, governance and consistency for advanced analytics and AI modeling.Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure the effective stewardship of data assets, aligning on best practices for data governance, security and scalability.Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, making improvements as needed.Leadership and Team ManagementSubject matter expert in supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms and other applied AI techniques to derive meaningful and actionable insights from big data.Set foundations for big data to be useful for machine learning in conjunction with data engineering and IT teams.Influence without direct control in adjacent areas of data and analytics across the organization to find common purpose,
