Team Henderson Custom Crushing, Marmora Ontario, are looking to hire a Full Time, Jr. Accounting Clerk.

Job Duties:

Assist in day to day accounting tasks such as data entry, accounts payable and accounts receivable

Prepare and maintain various reports and spreadsheets for management review

Prepare and process weekly payroll

Prepare remittances to CRA for payroll

Ensure accuracy of financial records by reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and other ad-hoc reports

Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information

Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve accounting discrepancies

Perform other duties as assigned by the accountant’s office

Qualifications:





High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

QuickBooks Online experience a must

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team workplace

Strong time management and organizational skills

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed

Additional Information:

Wage – $22 – $25 per hour, based on experience and paid weekly

Full Time Work with the possible option to work hybrid (to be discussed)

Must have own transportation

Hours are 9am to 4pm – Monday to Friday
