This operational role focuses on customer service, data processing, and modern, system‑based donation environments.Job PurposeAs a member of the Donor Services team, the Donations Processing Representative provides campaign gift, commitments, payment, and designation processing services while delivering high‑level customer service and supporting a positive donor experience. This role supports year‑round processing operations and campaign delivery.Work Schedule and FlexibilityThis position is regular part‑time with seasonal fluctuations as follows:Campaign season (approximately Sept–Mar): full‑time hours (35 hours, 5 days per week) based on operational needsNon‑campaign season (approximately Apr–Aug): part‑time hours (approximately 21 hours, 3 days per week) supporting ongoing processing and operational continuity.This structure supports predictable part‑time work and flexibility during peak campaign periods.**This position may be required to attend the office on any day and up to five days per week, based on operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high levels of internal and external customer serviceProcess donations and maintain donor records in SalesforceCreate and maintain constituent records and account updatesCreate, receive, and process electronic imports/exportsMonitor processing errors and investigate and correct issuesRespond to written and verbal inquiries using established proceduresReceive physical and electronic donationsAdjust gifts, commitments, payments,
and designations with documentationSupport efficient processes and assist across the department as requiredGeneral ResponsibilitiesIdentify discrepancies early and escalate or resolve them through established proceduresMay participate on Community Project Team(s)Is a member of the Administrative Support team.
