Key Responsibilities:



• Provide compassionate care to patients on the unit • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless care • Ensure compliance with nursing protocols in medication administration • Document patient care activities thoroughly • Advocate for patients' needs in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements: • Hold a Registered Practical Nursing Diploma • Possess current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Complete required Medication Administration Course • Current BCLS certification required • Coronary Care I (CC1) to be completed within 6 months
