About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance for its Growers and Consumers business unit. This senior executive will be responsible for defining and driving the financial vision, performance, and governance of the unit, which operates a complex, vertically integrated, multi-site manufacturing platform. The role involves serving as a trusted strategic partner to the leadership team, contributing to key decisions related to performance management, operational excellence, capital investments,



and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of value creation in multi-plant operations, with a focus on cost discipline, margin management, inventory optimization, and working capital control, particularly in seasonal and demand-variable markets.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Finance include leading the financial vision in alignment with strategic objectives, acting as a business partner to the President and management team, and overseeing all financial activities across the 52 production sites. The successful candidate will be expected to strengthen performance management, forecasting, and financial visibility, as well as lead budgeting, long-term financial planning, and the monitoring of KPIs. Experience in M&A; processes, international team leadership, and a commitment to process optimization and continuous improvement are essential. The role requires a hands-on, pragmatic leader with a strong strategic perspective, excellent business acumen, and a team-oriented, humble, and builder-oriented leadership style.
