With a required diploma and five years of relevant experience, you will work to assess, implement, and evaluate treatment plans. Your skillset should include effective crisis intervention and strong communication to ensure a safe and nurturing workplace for the youth and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team for youth admissions and discharges
• Evaluate progress and adapt treatment plans as needed




• Implement safety strategies in crisis situations
• Maintain detailed logs of treatment and communications
• Participate in community resource facilitation
Requirements:
• Diploma in Child & Youth Care or similar
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• NVCI and ASIST training (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification necessary
• Satisfactory background checks required
