Job Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.
- Assign sales workers to duties.
- Prepare staff schedules for review and approval of the manager.
- Authorize the return of merchandise.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Maintain specified inventory and list of products that need to be ordered.
- Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Train current sales staff.
- Assess staff performance and complete evaluation report.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store.
- Ensure that the cashier’s close-out report is balanced for the day.

Education Requirements:

Completion of High School education is required.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience required
