Thank you for your interest in joining our team as Guest Services Agent. Duties include (but are not limited to): – Create, cancel, and change room reservations both in person and over the phone, – Provide excellent customer service through all channels, – Communicate well with staff and guests, – Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including information and services required for guests with special needs, – Act self-sufficiently with minimal supervision, – Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), – Decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, – Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, – Other duties as assigned.
