Role Overview Indogulf BioAg is seekinga creative and detail-oriented

Part-Time Graphic Designer

to support its Design Manager across multiple brands and digital platforms.

You will create and update materials for social media, websites, print, marketing campaigns, product communications, and packaging. You will work across several brands, including

GrowMate, Super Microbes, Universal Microbes, Indogulf BioAg, and Swiss Medicare

, while learning and maintaining each brand’s visual identity.

This is an ongoing, remote opportunity for someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, contribute fresh ideas, and produce polished, accurate creative work.





What You’ll Do Social Media Content Conceptualize and design weekly social media content for GrowMate and Super Microbes, including static posts, carousels, short-form videos, and reels.

Develop content using existing brand assets, customer-generated content, stock photography, and stock footage.

Research current social media trends, creative formats, and content strategies.

Recommend fresh content ideas that align with each brand’s audience and objectives.

Ensure all content is visually consistent and aligned with established brand guidelines.

Website Content and Maintenance Assist with maintaining and updating the Company’s Wix websites.

Publish and format blog posts and other website content.

Update website copy, images, graphics, and page layouts.

Format and maintain content within Wix CMS.

Identify and correct basic formatting or visual-consistency issues across the websites.

Product Labels Edit and update existing product labels.

Implement revisions accurately and efficiently.

Create new labels using established templates and brand guidelines.

Proofread labels carefully before finalization.

Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, layout, imagery, and branding.

Prepare organized, production-ready artwork and files.





Marketing and Creative Materials Create and edit brochures, presentations, product sheets, digital advertisements, and other marketing materials.

Develop product mockups and digital graphics.

Perform image manipulation, editing, and retouching.

Adapt existing designs for different platforms, dimensions, and use cases.

Support additional creative projects as required.

What You Bring Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.

Experience with Wix Editor or a similar website-building platform.

Basic website or content-management knowledge; experience working with Wix CMS.

An interest in agriculture, biotechnology, wellness, or consumer products.

Experience creating or updating product labels and packaging.

Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI-assisted creative tools.

Experience supporting multiple brands at the same time. Able to manage multiple weekly assignments and meet deadlines.

Solution focused with strong creative judgment and the ability to develop ideas rather than only follow instructions.

Excellent attention to detail, particularly when proofreading and preparing final artwork.

The ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Strong time-management and organizational skills. Able to maintain organized working files, folders, and creative assets.

Reliable communication in a remote working setting.

Comfort using Hubstaff for time tracking.
