DescriptionThe Regional Manager will manage a team of District Managers for our clients.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for District managers within the assigned regionProvide on-going merchandising and brand ambassador services for our clientsDevelop strong rapport with field specialists and store management through consistent and professional communicationInterview and hire the region’s field management teamMaintain reporting inclusive of the following: scheduling, field specialist performance, coaching and follow-upManage all aspects of their training and team executionComplete all reports and overall performance to the goals and metrics of the programWork closely with the Team Leaders and communicate regularly regarding reporting and tracking performance metrics to goalsApprise supervisor of field issues on daily basis such as "red flag" issues, rep fall out and program issues using solution driven communicationControl expenses and adhere to all company policiesThe Regional Manager will work from home, visit the client/Mosaic headquarters, and meet with retailersMeeting the physical requirements – listed belowOther duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma/GEDBachelor’s Degree preferredExperience RequirementsThree years of prior management experience in retail, merchandising, training, and/or field marketingSupervisor / management experience with ability to lead a team in a manner that will build team morale and accomplish objectivesPrevious experience in retail merchandising / management for grocery and "big box" retailers strongly preferredRequired, home office space with broadband Internet connectivityStrong computer skills utilizing the internet, email, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word,
