Hybrid - 3 days/week in Toronto Office.Typical Day in Role:Maintain project financials, including coordinating of invoice approvals, processing invoice payments, and accruing expenses if invoices are not paid in time.Maintaining spreadsheets for project forecasting, updating the forecast monthly.Coordinate and run monthly (if more frequent if needed) meetings with project managers to gather data on accruals and invoicing for the month, including preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborate to ensure stakeholders provide feedback/status updates and execute deliverables in a timely manner.Provide feedback or status updates regarding assigned tasks related to the project.Assist with maintenance of project budget, including tracking items to be delivered, reviewing timesheets for anomalies, ensuring all invoices have been approved with proper sign-offs prior to
