As a Maintenance Operator, you will monitor and maintain Recreation Department facilities, ensuring a clean and safe workplace for all. The position involves performing routine maintenance tasks and assisting administration to deliver exceptional customer service in a community-focused setting. Your hands-on skills in mechanical repair and service will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:



• Perform maintenance on all recreation facilities • Ensure cleanliness and safety of recreational areas • Assist in administrative tasks and customer interaction • Conduct minor repairs in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical • Maintain organized and prioritized work schedules

Requirements: • Grade 12 diploma required; trades focus an asset • Basic Refrigeration Certification or similar preferred • Valid “G” driver's license mandatory • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
